This role is about fostering real relationships, where your voice and expertise truly matter, not a typical call-centre environment.As a pivotal member of our growing team, you'll be responsible for all inbound and outbound customer interactions. Whether you're responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, or resolving concerns, you'll be the person customers depend on. You'll also collaborate closely with our sales colleagues, using your deep knowledge of the company to act as a vital communication link that keeps everything running smoothly.This is not your standard customer service role; it's an opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.What You Can Expect From The RoleKey Responsibilities and accountabilities:Respond to customer questions about our products and services Record and process quotes and orders, including custom and special ordersCo-ordinate with service administrators worldwide for smooth transaction of deliveries Make calls (by telephone or other channel) to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries / complaints Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM Pursue Due Date Monitoring of vesselsProvide exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of Survitec’s products and services Liaise with other departments to ensure (e.g. Sales, Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
