Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (English speaker) located in Qesm El Maadi. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Representatives will interact directly with clients to deliver a positive and seamless experience while adhering to company standards. Collaboration with team members and consistent engagement with customers will be integral to success in this role.
