Customer Service Representative (Temporary Job 6 months)Our important client, from the Express Delivery Service and International Shipping, located in La Ribera, Belén, is looking for Customer Service Agents that will be in charge of handle inbound and outbound calls to collect customs fees and address customer queries or complaints related to customs, contact customers for dutiable cash shipments and collect payments based on predefined criteria and team capacity, promote and register online payment options for easy delivery, manage settlement by processing payment remittances and manually closing transactions in the ADC system and amoung othersRequirements· High school diploma· 1 year of experience, ideally in a similar function.· Proficient in Office programs.· Bilingual English-Spanish (well written with excellent verbal communication skills).· Schedule: L-V/ 8am-5pm.· Hybrid position
