Then this opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist in Antwerp might be the perfect fit. As a Customer Service Specialist, you act as the primary contact for customers in Italy and Romania. You handle inquiries, solve issues and ensure smooth administrative and financial follow-up. You take initiative, recognize opportunities and contribute to improving service and processes. Your responsibilities:Serve as the key contact for Italian and Romanian customers. Handle questions, resolve issues and provide accurate follow up. Gather feedback, identify inefficiencies and clarify workflows to customers. Support financial processes: payment follow-up, invoice questions and tax-related topics together with the credit team. Stay organized while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Are you the customer service specialist we are looking for? Fluent in English, Italian and Romanian (spoken and written). Experience in a customer-face or service-oriented position. Structured, accurate and forward-thinking. Calm under pressure with a hands-on, practical mindset. Able to work independently. Naturally proactive, curious and service-minded.
