About the Role:We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong experience using CRM and call center solutions, preferably GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate will have a fluent American or British accent and excellent English communication skills.This role involves managing inbound and outbound communication, assisting customers professionally, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, timely, and well-documented in the CRM system.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups with a friendly and professional tone.Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups within GoHighLevel CRM (or a similar platform).Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the CRM.Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and rescheduling requests.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience.Monitor and manage communication channels (calls, SMS, and emails).Report on daily activities, lead status, and customer feedback.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and clear communication.
