Position SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative skills to support our franchise operations remotely.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceRespond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential and current customersClearly explain fencing services, products, timelines, and pricing (training provided)Schedule onsite estimates and coordinate follow-ups with the sales teamProvide compassionate and solutions-oriented support when handling concerns or complaintsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Administrative SupportMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (e. g.
