You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients, doctors’ offices, and facilitiesProcess and follow up on medical supply and brace ordersReview and verify documentation for accuracy and completenessCommunicate clearly with patients regarding orders, delivery status, and insurance requirementsUpdate patient information in the system and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate with the billing and logistics team to ensure timely servicePrioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Fluent in English (spoken and written) must be comfortable communicating with U.S. clientsExperience in customer service (medical supply, DME, or healthcare background preferred)Excellent multitasking and organizational skillsProficient with computer systems (email, CRM, fax portals, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
