Job Description

We are looking looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Customer Service Agent for Corporates & Air Charter to join our elite team. Executive Lifestyle W. L. L incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a limited liability company with Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism under the Commercial Registration No. 99500 obtained on 2016. We offer aircraft charters in the private, group and cargo sectors, but also further services such as holiday packages and concierge services. If you thrive under pressure, understand the needs of UHNW and VIP clients, and have strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred), we want to hear from you.

🔹 What You will Do: Handle private & corporate travel bookings with precision and discretionDeliver 5-star customer service for our VIP clienteleManage air charter requests, coorporate Booking, and concierge add-onsAdvise on travel regulations and visa requirementsSupport sales team with inbound leads and CRM updatesWork closely with operations for flawless execution🔹 What We’re Looking For:

2+ year corporate travel experience (required) IATA certifiedProficient in at least 1 GDS (Sabre preferred)Excellent communication and time management skillsFlexible for overnight shifts and weekendsArabic language is a plusKey Job ResponsibilitiesRespond positively to customers by making reservations for business travelers accurately and efficiently, aiming to complete the transaction at the point of sale. Complete any service requests and sell related products such as car hire, hotels & transfers. Make the customer aware of their company travel policy, and communicate this to ensure adherence.

Complete after call work, finalizing the traveler’s itineraryEnsure customer traveler profiles and details are accurate; build & maintain booker stars Provide advice on visa, passport and security requirements relating to the destination and confirm the issuing details for each reservationMake recommendations for improvement to processes, technical or otherwise, to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. Flag issues for resolution to team leaderDevelop a solid understanding of the corporate travel industry, and the key drivers for our VIP customers.

Complete VIP traveler training to ensure 100% accuracy of specific VIP traveler requirementsActively promote the importance of our preferred supplier programsFollow up on new sales lead opportunities and liaise with the customerDemonstrate commitment to customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating, and exceeding their expectations.
