Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Customer Sales Service Specialist (Inbound). The specialist will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
