Job Description

I am hiring for Customer Sales Support Representative who can work onsite in Lahore.Responsibilities1-Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our writing services and offerings.2-Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting the right services based on their needs, explaining our service packages, pricing, and delivery timelines.3-Order Processing: Guide clients through the order placement process, ensuring all details are captured accurately and orders are processed efficiently.4-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering follow-up support and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.5- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.6- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, writing, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales support.7-Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating CRM systems as needed.8- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve our services and customer experience.Qualifications1. Must have flawless accent to speak in British English2. 2 year+ of proven experience in calling and Chatting or customer support in US, Canada or UK market3. Must be able to work in UK /US-based hours4. This is Lahore based job.5. Expert In Lead Generation.
