Customer Service Specialist - Ocean Operations

Job description: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?  Act as the first point of contact for allocated customers / manage ad hoc & on demand engagement Proactively inform customer on shipment status and exceptions Handle customer requests with regards to various topics (engage with additional stakeholders where required) Implement new customers, products, lines, services based on Ocean Product Co-create and update (together with Business Development) SOP documentation required to secure effective Operations services Accept and process customer orders in CEVA systems Pass on leads to Business Development team (new lanes / business opportunities, etc.) Handle customer inquiries, quotations and cooperation with Pricing and Business Development team, local RFQ – farming Contact with other stations and forwarding required instructions Take and handle any customer complains, solve customer complains or assign tasks to other functions Report to customer accordingly to customer requirements  WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  Minimum 2 years’ experience in ocean transportation operations Ability to coordinate, plan and monitor ocean projects at national and international level Ability to build long term relations with customers Strong background in process design and execution Strong organizational and time management skills Going extra mile in understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations  WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?  Interesting, independent job in global organization with multiple development opportunities, Friendly work atmosphere & market competitive package  ABOUT TOMORROW We value your professional and personal growth.
