Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Art of Service, located in Giza. The Customer Service Specialist will engage directly with clients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, handling customer interactions professionally via phone and other communication channels, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer ExperienceExceptional Customer Satisfaction and Phone Etiquette abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work proactively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with branding and creative services is a plusPrior customer-facing experience and a commitment to enhancing client experiencesHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
