Our customer reviews and video testimonials reflect our commitment to our customers and the level of service we aim to provide everyone.The RoleWe are hiring several Customer Service Specialists who will work in tandem with our existing contact centre team to manage customer enquiries, stock orders, campaigns, and appointment scheduling. This full-time role is based in our head office outside Naas, Co. Kildare offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing Irish business that focuses on creating a positive working environment for all staff.Responsibilities of the roleLooking after our customers to ensure they receive the highest possible level of service and satisfaction with every touchpoint they have with Blackberry Hearing.Managing inbound calls from our customers, booking appointments for audiologistsEnsuring quality, screened appointments are in the diary for our Audiology Team.Manage Customer Service queries from Inbound Calls.Managing Customers Stock Orders and eShop ordersBenefitsBase Salary is €30,000 per yearMonthly Commission Plan21+ Days Annual LeavePrivate HealthcareFlexible Working EnvironmentPrivate Pension with Matched Employer ContributionMinimum Requirements· Exceptional Customer Service Skills· Fast learner, happy to work in a busy fast paced working environment· Detail orientated· Full Drivers Licence· Comfortable with IT (Experience with social media, CRMs a plus)
