✨ We Are Hiring! ✨Customer Service – Sales (Training & Admission Coordinator)at Brooklyn Business School📍 Location: Abbassia / Ramisi/fifth settlement 💰 Salary: Up to 10000 EGP🕒 Working Hours:3 days: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM3 days: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM1 day off🔹 Job PurposeResponsible for advising and supporting new students, replying to their inquiries, and handling the full admission cycle including applications, payments, and course reservations.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle the full admission process for new students.Reply to all student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.Follow up on admission payments and postponed fees.Update student database and academy calendar.Submit weekly admission reports.Ensure high-quality customer service and student satisfaction.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree is a must.0–1 year of experience (preferably in the education industry).Good command of English.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office & Google Forms.🔹 Benefits:Medical insuranceSocial insuranceMBA scholarship📩 How to Apply:If you’re interested, kindly send your CV via WhatsApp:📱 01111673296
