What Will You DoProvide customer service, manage incoming enquiries and handle orders. Cover the process from receiving customer purchase order through to receipt of payment excluding transport. Coordinate transitions of new activities into BBC.As a Part Of Discovery TeamMap current process and propose new standardized processCreate, maintain and follow up on meeting of KPIs and SLAs of the teamCreate training material for entire teamCollect all systems requirements and implement in team.
