In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed appropriately.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle challenging situations and conflict with a calm demeanor.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Salary & BenefitsSalary range: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience.Paid training and opportunities for growth within the company.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.Supportive team environment with career development opportunities.ScheduleMonday to Friday
