More specifically, this means you will:Handle (post-sale) customer communication for our brands mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics across European marketsSolve even the most challenging customer issues with patience, clarity, and persistenceEnsure that every interaction strengthens customer satisfaction and brand loyaltyCollaborate closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end serviceContinuously improve our customer processes through feedback and smart ideasYOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for a hands-on, empathetic, and reliable personality who genuinely enjoys supporting customers and creating positive experiences. We're looking for someone who brings multiple of the following skills:You love talking to customers on the phone – if you don’t, this role isn’t for youExcellent communication skills in English and at least one of these additional languages: French, Italian, or Spanish3+ years of experience in customer service, claims, or complaint managementFurther language skills (especially German) are a strong plusYou stay calm and friendly even in difficult situations and have strong rhetorical and conflict-resolution skillsYou have a high degree of service orientation, empathy, and attention to detailIdeally, you’re familiar with customer service software tools (e.g,. ticketing or CRM systems)About UsHere at mute-labs & Berlin Acoustics, we aim to enable companies to achieve more by democratizing silence in the workspace.
