We work hand in hand seamlessly between Singapore and Indonesia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Specialist position located in Batam. Customer Service Specialists will be responsible for daily customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing phone etiquette skills, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.QualificationsCustomer Support and Customer Service skillsExperience in ensuring customer satisfactionExcellent phone etiquette skillsAbility to deliver exceptional customer experiencesAbility to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environmentFluent in English language, written and spoken is a mustAbility in Mandarin language, either written or spoken, is a plus pointBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fieldsOnsite fulltime job in Batam, from 7am-8pm, 3-4 working days a weekWe do not provide any relocation packages to Batam.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, thank you.
