Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions through phone and other communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The specialist will also focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer ExperienceAbility to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain professional Phone EtiquetteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetExperience in using CRM software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service will be an advantage
