Job Description

Role: Customer Service Representative Role Type: Full time, On-site Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Key Skills: • Advanced English communication skills • Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative • Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy. • Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns. • Ability to multi-task • Computer and online navigational ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources • Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer. • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns • Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability • Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Person Specification: • Minimum High school Diploma • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience • Advanced proficiency in English • Available for full-time work
