Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, or digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.Document and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and close service requests.Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service quality.Ensure compliance with company standards and service protocols.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
