We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our cross-border e-commerce logistics team!As a key backbone of the sales supporting team, you will assist in handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and providing daily operational support to ensure an exceptional logistics service experience for our clients.If you are passionate about international trade and logistics, excel in cross-departmental communication, and possess strong bilingual skills, we welcome you to join us!Job duties:Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate quotations and logistics solutions based on customer requirements (e.g., routes, transit times).Manage contract reviews, order entry, and tracking for clients or suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.Maintain the CRM system by promptly updating customer/supplier information and transaction records.Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, customs, finance) to resolve shipping-related issues.Conduct regular follow-ups on customer satisfaction, driving service improvements and contract renewals/expansions.Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export documentation (e.g., BL, COO), and compliance with addressing global logistics disruptions (e.g., customs delays, route changes).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above.1+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields, with knowledge of sea/air/land transport operations.Fluent in English and Thai (written & spoken) for cross-border emails, calls, and meetings.Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and resilience under pressure.Office location: Unit C, No.12, Lasalle 56 Alley, Bang Na, Bangkok, Thailand
