Job Description

For a fast-growing international beauty brand, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations professional. Not someone who just “answers tickets.” We’re hiring someone who sees chaos and builds systems. Someone who turns complaints into loyalty. Someone who protects brand trust at all costs.You’ll be the first line of contact with our customers, but more importantly, you’ll build the foundation of how support operates here.What you’ll doOwn the day-to-day customer experience across email and socialHandle high-volume inquiries with empathy, speed, and clarityResolve shipping, returns, refunds, and product-related issues end-to-endIdentify recurring problems and proactively fix the root causeBuild simple, scalable support processes and internal guidelinesDocument interactions accurately and operate cleanly in CRM toolsAnticipate issues before they escalateWork independently, move fast, and make decisions without waiting for permissionYou’re a fit if you:Have 2+ years of experience in customer support or another high-touch, people-facing role (eCommerce is a plus)Are a native English speaker with excellent written communication skillsStay calm, sharp, and solution-oriented under pressureWork independently, take ownership, and don’t need hand-holdingThink in systems, move proactively, and care deeply about customer trust
