Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Trainee in Freight Forwarding located in the Western Province, Sri Lanka. The Customer Service Trainee will be responsible for supporting the Export and Freight Forwarding teams, handling customer inquiries, coordinating freight transportation, and providing exceptional service throughout the forwarding process. The role involves day-to-day communication with clients, documentation management, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Qualifications Forwarding and Freight Forwarding skillsExperience in Export and Freight TransportationCustomer Service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in an on-site team environmentProficiency in using relevant software and toolsBachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field is beneficial
