My leading technology client are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Vendor Manager to support their rapid growth into strategically important new markets. You'll work with outsourced service providers, continuously enhance their customer service platforms and deliver a digital service model across their European operations.You'll align and evolve their customer service strategy, while using data to provide valuable recommendations to senior management.This is a newly created role in a fast growing business.
