Customer Service with Italian - Remote in Portugal

This is a remote position. Location: Remote in Portugal Workload: Full-Time Position Overview: We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Consultants to join the service team. Your main responsibility will be dealing with billing issues, questions/complaints that customers have related to their invoices. After solving the customer’s issue, pitch and try to sell whenever the situation so allows. Main Responsibilities: - Manage inbound customer calls regarding contract cancellations. - Advise customers on services and offers to maintain or increase their subscription value. - Upsell and cross-sell products and services. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Meet defined quality and performance standards. Candidate Profile: - Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). - Previous experience in a call center is valued but not mandatory. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure. - Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual. - Basic PC skills. - Completed technical training or equivalent professional experience.
