Job Title: Banking Operations Support – German MarketLocation: Berlin,Germany - Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFHExperience: 1 – 3 yearsLanguage Requirements: German – C1/C2 PreferrableJob Description:We are seeking a proactive Banking Operations Support professional to manage day-to-day operational tasks for the German market. The role involves handling tickets via email and interacting with internal teams to resolve operational issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve operational issues via email through the ticketing system (no calls).Collaborate with internal teams such as Fraud, KYC, and other banking operations units.Ensure timely updates and closure of tickets in compliance with process guidelines.Support operational efficiency and contribute to process improvements where applicable.Mandatory Skills:1+ year of experience in Banking Operations, preferably with exposure to the German market or German banks.Strong German language skills (C1); B2 may be considered with strong profile.Familiarity with internal banking processes like KYC, Fraud, and operational ticketing systems.Note : Sponsorship is not applicable.
