AuxiliaGroup Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the pharmaceutical sector based in Dublin.Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support. Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for processing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and provide order acknowledgements, including delivery timelines.Respond promptly and accurately to all order-related customer inquiries.Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer or order-related issues.Maintain accurate customer records and manage email accounts related to sales/order processing.Handle and coordinate purchase orders from customers.Manage the goods-inwards process using Sage and BarScan systems.Prepare and issue invoices to customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehousing, Quality, Procurement, Customer Service, and Commercial.Take proactive measures to address and prevent quality control issues.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP).RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM or ERP systems.Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through.Ability to thrive under time pressure and meet daily deadlines.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; capable of prioritizing workload independently.A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and respond positively to feedback.“On behalf of our Clients, we actively seek talent from diverse backgrounds whilst adhering to a fair and unbiased best recruitment selection process.
