IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome a Customer Service Assistant to join our team.A customer service assistant at IKEA helps shoppers with returns, product issues, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.WHAT WE OFFER • The Start Date of employment will be: December 2025• Competitive hourly rate of £13.25per hour. • 30 Hours over 4/5 days per week working dayshifts, evenings and both weekend days between the hours of 9am and 9.30pm. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised. • You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately. • Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts.
