This is a pivotal role that ensures our customers receive a seamless experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.What You’ll Be Doing:Handling customer and staff enquiries, phone calls, GE Finance, product location, and checkout salesNavigating the unexpected with confidence and professionalismWhat We’re Looking For:A passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceA detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking and follow-through skillsPOS system experience (training provided)A proactive, can-do attitude with high accuracy and attention to detailTech-savvy and well-organisedRoster Details:You will be expected to work on a roster basis, with at least one day per weekend work included.If you’re ready to take the next step in your retail career and lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
