Submit your application today!Main ResponsibilitiesDaily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.RequirementsAble to communicate in English, especially in listening and speaking skillsAt least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing roleFlexibility to work on shifts.Highly proficient in spoken and written VietnameseStrong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.Proactive at work.BenefitsGross salary from 8 - 10 mil VND.Annual health check-up according to company policy.Professional training & coaching by experts at Source of Asia.Working in a professional multinational environment.Annual performance review and salary review.
