You will be responsible for resolvingissues, providing guidance for day-to-day operations, and developing strong relationships with key customers.A Day in the Life of a Customer Solutions AnalystProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales Order creation, Order fulfilment, and Claims resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Third-Party Logistic) to drive process improvements and enhance the overall customer experienceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand their unique requirementsProactively identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the O2C processesAnswer customer inquiries via our Hotline in French and GermanWhat Will Make You SuccessfulFirst experience in ideally Customer Service, Sales, or Supply Chain (logistics / planning)Great service orientation and enthusiasm to work with customersStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersProven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutionsKnowledge of Excel and/or PowerBI and SAP or similar tools is an advantageFluent in French and German is a must, English or Italian is a plusNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
