You will be equipped with our methodology, values and skills about solution design. Our comprehensive program includes:Hands-on operation experience by working in a fulfilment or distribution center for 3 monthsClassroom training and e-learning sessions to develop professional logistics knowledge about and beyond customer solutionsA dedicated coach from one of our experienced engineers for the whole journeyDevelopment assessments and feedback to identity your strengths and development areasA community with peers from different countriesExposure with customers and senior management team membersLearning and practicing the theory of designing efficient warehouse solutions including layout, processes, warehouse management system and assessing different options for mechanisation and automationPresenting your design in a commercial model to demonstrate the value of your technical proposal
