Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to support one of our key clients in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through effective adoption and optimization of digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in account management, customer success, or technical consulting.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Develop a deep understanding of client business goals to align technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Partner cross-functionally with technical specialists, support teams, and product resources to ensure seamless delivery of services.Monitor account health, adoption metrics, and engagement levels to identify risks and opportunities for growth.Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their feedback informs service and product improvements.Drive customer retention and satisfaction by anticipating challenges and providing proactive solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required.3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business outcomes.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) is a plus.Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift.Ideal Candidate Profile: You’re a collaborative problem solver who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving mutual success.
