This role involves guiding clients through API integrations, ensuring seamless implementation, and serving as the primary technical liaison between clients and our internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth API integration and adoption.Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on API functionalities, best practices, and integration strategies tailored to client needs.Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges promptly.Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on API performance and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation and deliver training sessions to client teams as needed.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with our API solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing platforms.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.Why Join Velents.ai?Be part of a forward-thinking company that's transforming the hiring landscape with AI.Medical InsuranceLaptop AllowanceCollaborate with a dynamic and diverse team passionate about innovation.Enjoy a flexible work environment that supports professional growth and development.Competitive compensation package with benefits.
