Main Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions; Handle complaints, order inquiries, and help find effective solutions; Collaborate on additional projects depending on company needs and your expertise. What We’re Looking For Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (Spanish is mandatory); Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn; Previous experience in customer service or support roles; Confident with computer tools and systems; Initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
