Customer Success Associate100% remote EST hoursM-F, 40 hours per weekNeed own equipment for working remotelyPay: $20.00 per hour W2Duration: 6 months to start; temp to permConduct industry and location specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county and city level business licensing requirementsCreate business specific research packages for timely delivery to clients in line with our established key performance indicatorsIdentify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including: forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal dataCommunicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiriesOutreach to state and local government agencies to address client specific licensing questions and consolidates information into client deliverables and shared documentsConcisely convey findings to clients and team members via oral and written correspondenceQualifications:2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment – strong research skillsComfort working with Excel and Adobe PDFEducation: High-School Diploma required; BA or BS preferred
