This role is central to nurturing customer loyalty and channeling insights that shape product direction.RequirementsWhat You'll Do Own end-to-end customer relationships and ensure they are achieving maximum success. Track adoption and usage for enterprise accounts to drive product value, retention, upsells, and expansion revenue. Become a trusted product advisor—guiding customers with best practices and deep product knowledge. Collect customer feedback and translate insights into meaningful recommendations for product improvements.
