Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that primary care providers experience a seamless and supportive transition to value-based care through our platform. This role involves coordinating onboarding processes, supporting provider engagement, managing key projects, and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams. Your attention to detail, strong project management skills, and proactive communication will directly contribute to empowering healthcare providers to deliver more effective, proactive care.
