Job Description
About Stitch Stitch is one of Asia’s emerging FashionTech startups — transforming how tailor shops and fabric suppliers operate. Our CRM and BI platform helps traditional tailoring businesses move from paper notebooks to a smart, AI-powered system tailored to their world. Already trusted by shops across Thailand and expanding into Hong Kong, Stitch offers you the opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, tech, and small business. Role Overview This is not a typical desk internship. You’ll be actively involved in onboarding local tailor shops and fabric suppliers, helping them understand the value of Stitch, and supporting their transition to digital operations. You will play a key role in field-based outreach, sales, data migration, and customer support, building meaningful relationships and a network in Bangkok’s tailoring and textile industry. Key Responsibilities • Onboard tailor shops by guiding them through the Stitch platform and helping them migrate client data from notebooks or Excel. • Onboard fabric suppliers, explaining platform features and assisting in digitising their swatch collections and product records. • Work with suppliers to help them publish their digital fabric books on Stitch and liaise with their teams for follow-ups. • Coordinate with clients, book appointments, and offer friendly, professional support in Thai or English. • Upload customer measurements, order history, and fabric data into Stitch. • Assist in local sales and marketing campaigns, support product demos, and present the platform to potential clients. • Share client feedback, bugs, and UX (user experience) data with the Product and Web team to improve user experience and identify areas for better documentation. Requirements • Based in Bangkok with strong understanding of Thai culture and communication style. • Fluent in Thai (spoken and written), with conversational English. • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset. • Confident working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and digital tools. • Comfortable visiting clients and handling in-person or phone interactions in Thai and English (when required). • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn. • Currently studying or recently graduated in tourism, marketing, business, fashion, tech, or similar fields. • The internship includes hybrid work (some remote, some field visits). Preferred but not required: • Experience in a sales, customer service, or support role. • Familiarity with tailoring, fashion retail, or SaaS platforms. What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience working with tailor shops and fabric suppliers in a real business setting. • Mentorship and direct support from the Stitch founding team. • A chance to learn CRM systems, startup operations, and sales strategy. • Flexible working hours adapted to your university schedule. • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role after the internship. • Transportation costs for in-person meetings or client visits will be reimbursed. How to Apply Send your CV and a short message to: hr@stitchcrm.services Please include: • Why you’re interested in this role. • Any relevant experience. • Your weekly availability and preferred start date. Note: This is an unpaid internship. Transportation expenses for in-person visits will be reimbursed.
