Why Join Us?We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Email Security Team!As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor on Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration (HEC), guiding customers to protect their organizations from phishing, malware, data loss, and other threats. You’ll use your technical skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention, while helping customers get the most value from our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute the post-sale onboarding process to move the HEC platform to production and provide initial trainingAssist and guide customers through the ongoing deployment and adoption of HEC products and servicesCollaborate with Support and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Create and contribute to knowledge base articles, best practices, and user guidesLead crisis and incident response by working with account teams, technical support, operations, and engineering to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customersCollaborate with Marketing and Sales to measure customer satisfaction and collect actionable feedbackBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision makers to drive retention and long-term satisfactionPartner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams on field priorities and product roadmap, serving as the internal advocate for customersQualificationsStrong understanding of email security concepts(Phishing, Malware, Spam, DLP, etc)Experience administering Office 365 and G-Suite email environments - strong advantage.Solid understanding of core protocols and standards, including HTTP/S, SMTP, DNS, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, etc.Background and previous experience in email security solutions – strong advantageStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-velocity environmentEnergetic, fast learner, hardworking, positive, and team-oriented, while also being organized and consistentIt Would Be Great If You Also HaveCISSP or other cybersecurity certificationProfessional proficiency in multiple languages – a big advantageDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalentA strong team player spiritA passion for continuous learning and growthWe're dedicated to fostering a diverse team of individuals.
