This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless post-sale experience, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.Job Responsibilities & Duties: Guide new medical insurance clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand their policy details and benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Proactively manage policy renewals, ensuring timely communication and client retention. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is A MUST. 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service within the insurance sectors. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs, ensuring a human-centered approach in all interactions. Attention to detail, organization skills and high sense of responsibility. Ability to manage pressure and solve problems proactively.
