Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and predictable growth for their business that can make a difference in our growth phase.ResponsibilitiesDelivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycleBeing the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionalityWilling to wear several other hats including more general support and onboarding work.Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live supportProvide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.Participate in Sales development activities in collaboration with the Revenue team.
