Position: Customer Success ExecutiveLocation: Remote – VIS LatamDepartment: OperationsCompensation: S/ 2,280 – S/ 2,660 per month + performance incentives + growth pathway.VIS Latam is looking for a Customer Success Executive to provide personalized support to our candidates throughout every stage of their exchange or cultural program process. This role serves as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth, clear, and positive experience while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams.Here is a short, clear, blended version of the responsibilities — no repetition, no extra words:Key Responsibilities (Simplified)Guide candidates throughout their entire process, from admission to program completion.Conduct meetings to resolve questions and prepare clients for interviews with employers or embassies.Maintain continuous, proactive communication with candidates and the Program Manager to ensure timely progress.Keep client records, documents, and updates accurate in internal systems and CRM.Monitor each case to identify delays or issues early and propose solutions.Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams when needed.Provide personalized support in preparing required documents and forms.Follow up with inactive clients and ensure they receive complete and correct information on time.Promote a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience aligned with VIS Latam standards.Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communications, or related fields.1+ year of experience in customer service or international process management.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Organized, empathetic, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
