We are looking for a Customer Success Lead Elatra is a professional coaching platform startup that delivers effective coaching solutions to business, helping them unlock the full potential of their employees and drive organisational success. Our commitment to excellence drives our business, and we are seeking a self-motivated, purpose-driven professional to join our team.About the RoleAs the Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our coaching programmes. You will lead the implementation of coaching initiatives for our clients and manage our global community of professional coaches. Please note that for this role you need to have a professional coaching qualification (ICF or EMCC accredited).Key Responsibilities1. End-to-end coaching programmes implementationOversee the seamless implementation of coaching programmes for clients, ensuring continuous support and successful delivery.Drive client engagement and satisfaction.Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies.Prepare and deliver reports and analytics to clients.2. Leading the coaching communityLead and manage Elatra’s international coaching community, including the search, procurement, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of coaches.Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to ensure consistent quality and alignment with Elatra’s standards.3. Shaping product development with data Identify opportunities to enhance our coaching solutions and services to better meet the evolving needs of our clients and their employees.Collaborate closely with the product development team, providing insights and feedback based on client interactions and programme data.QualificationsRequired qualification: Recognised coaching certification (ICF, EMCC accredited programmes), demonstrating a solid understanding of coaching principles and practices, along with practical coaching experience.Required qualification: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.Strong project management and analytical abilities.A passion for client service and satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.A genuine interest in coaching and professional development, and a desire to help organisations thrive.A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Previous experience in HR or Learning & Development within organisations is a strong advantage.If you are an experienced professional with a passion for coaching and a desire to shape the future of leadership development, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Location: RemotePart-time: 20 hours a weekAt Elatra, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, where different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences are valued.
