Customer Success ManagerFull-Time | Hybrid Work EnvironmentWe're hiring for a Customer Success Manager for my SaaS vendor. They are a analytics software , user experience, Mar-Tech solution, going through great growth!Some of their customers include the likes of: JBhifi, Westpac, Samsung, RedBallon, Glue Store, etc. You'd be looking after 30-45 accounts. KPIs on retention and churn.Offers a competitive base + super + 30% bonus + uncapped commission on upgrades + Equity options.Seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the team and lead the ongoing success of key customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a background in SaaS who is excited about scaling success operations and making a real impact. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring clients achieve meaningful results while identifying opportunities for growth and deeper engagement.This is a strategic, hands-on role that involves both high-level relationship management and the day-to-day execution of customer success initiatives.Ideal Background & Experience3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, SaaS or digital optimisationExperience with enterprise accountsDemonstrated ability to manage and deliver on customer-focused projectsAnalytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving outcomesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentOn OfferFull-time permanent role with a hybrid work model (office and remote)Competitive salary and equity opportunitiesA collaborative, forward-thinking team cultureOpportunity to contribute directly to the growth and direction of the business
