At Butterly, we believe in real people and real results.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You’ll manage a portfolio of top Canadian CPG brands, executing best-in-class UGC and review campaigns from kickoff through to completion.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves delivering an outstanding client experience while juggling multiple projects and priorities.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day relationships with multiple brand clientsLead campaign setup, timelines, and execution for review and UGC programsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional resultsMonitor campaign performance, compile insights, and deliver client reportsProactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and strengthen partnershipsEnsure every campaign reflects Butterly’s high standards of quality and authenticityWhat You Bring2–5 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role (marketing, account management, or customer success preferred)Exceptional organization and attention to detail - you love structure and deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving ability and the confidence to manage competing prioritiesProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote (experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus)A team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of fun!
