Over the last 35 years, they have become the preferred ERP software for a diverse range of market-leading customers across APAC and the US.They have a supportive, progressive and upbeat culture, with a track record of promoting from within.About the roleReporting to the Director of Customer Operations and working alongside a team of two, you will have the opportunity to take on a team-leading position and improve the way in which they support their customers.The role is focused on actively managing the working relationship with their top-tier customers by establishing a thorough understanding of the customers’ business operations, leading to opportunities to improve efficiencies for the customers via process improvement, enhancements to the product and the introduction of additional products.The role is based out of their Thornleigh head office, where they offer a hybrid working model with two office days and three WFH days each week.About youWe are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join a busy and dynamic Customer Service team.
