If that sounds like you, we'd love for you to keep reading!What You'll DoAs a Customer Success Manager, you will be a part of our Commercial Organization. Your main responsibility is to manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client needs identification and candidate introduction to contract finalization.You will work closely with our Sales team, sharing the responsibility for client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes. Our joint goal with Sales is to ensure our clients are happy and that our collaboration is flawless.This role requires tight cooperation with all teams across the company, from our talent acquisition to finance, legal and people operations, to guarantee overall client and company success.Your key responsibilities will include:Meeting with clients to map their project needs together with salesSourcing, meeting, and interviewing potential technical talentLeading contract and price negotiations with consultantsManaging a portfolio of client accounts (together with sales) and consultantsBeing the main contact person for our consultantsWho You AreThese are the key competencies that will help you enjoy and succeed in this role:Excellent customer service and coordination skillsStrong professional communication skills in both Finnish and EnglishA strong focus on closing dealsA proactive, organized, and efficient work ethic with strong prioritization skillsExperience in IT projects, staffing, recruitment, or salesA "can-do" attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and constantly improveMaintains accuracy and attention to detail even under pressureLocationWe have offices in Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm, and Zagreb. Most of your future teammates and clients are in Helsinki, so you should be able to visit our office and meet clients in the Helsinki area on a weekly basis.SalaryThe salary range for this position is €3,500 - €4,200.
