Customer Success Manager – SwitzerlandLocation: Zurich / Geneva / Basel, Switzerland (Hybrid or On-site) Department: Customer Success / Client Relations Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Customer SuccessAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Swiss team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving customer retention and growth. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in Switzerland.Act as the primary point of contact for all customer success matters.Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption and best practices.Monitor account health and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with key stakeholders.Track and report on customer metrics such as retention, engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).Represent the “voice of the customer” to internal product and leadership teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B tech industry).Strong communication skills in English; German and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).What We OfferCompetitive Swiss market salary and performance-based bonus.Hybrid working flexibility (home office + on-site).Opportunities for professional growth and international career development.Dynamic, multicultural work environment.Annual learning & development budget.
